Gói FortiCare Premium cung cấp ba lợi ích cốt lõi sau:
- Hỗ trợ Kỹ thuật Ưu tiên 24x7: Người dùng được cung cấp quyền truy cập không giới hạn, suốt ngày đêm, tới đội ngũ chuyên gia hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cấp cao của Fortinet. Các yêu cầu hỗ trợ sẽ được ưu tiên giải quyết, giúp rút ngắn thời gian khắc phục sự cố (MTTR - Mean Time To Resolution).
