- Hiệu lực: Song song với với gói dịch vụ FortiCare 24x7 (Yêu cầu thiết bị bắt buột phải kích hoạt license FortiCare để được sử dụng dịch vụ thay thế nóng theo hợp đồng)

Chi tiết dịch vụ thay thế nóng cho thiết bị tường lửa Fortinet FortiGate-71F:
- Khung thời gian hỗ trợ: Giờ hành chính (8x5)
- Thời gian đáp ứng: tối đa trong vòng 4 giờ làm việc kể từ khi có xác nhận bảo hành từ hai Bên. Chỉ áp dụng trên địa bàn Hà Nội và TP Hồ Chí Minh.
- Hiệu lực: Song song với với gói dịch vụ FortiCare 24x7 (Yêu cầu thiết bị bắt buột phải kích hoạt license FortiCare để được sử dụng dịch vụ thay thế nóng theo hợp đồng)
Mô tả dich vụ:
- Khi nhận được yêu cầu bảo hành (có kèm Serial Number của thiết bị) từ khách hàng, bộ phận kỹ thuật của KNM sẽ liên hệ, kiểm tra sự cố. Nếu xác định sự số liên quan tới lỗi phần cứng thuộc phạm vi bảo hành của hãng, kỹ sư của KNM sẽ chuẩn bị thiết bị thay thế tại VP KNM tối đa trong vòng 04 giờ làm việc kể từ khi có xác nhận bảo hành từ 2 Bên.
- Các License còn thời hạn sẽ được hỗ trợ chuyển đổi sang thiết bị mới, muộn nhất trong ngày làm việc tiếp theo.
Trách nhiệm của khách hàng:
Khách hàng có trách nhiệm sắp xếp nhận thiết bị thay thế và chuyển trả thiết bị hư tại Văn phòng của KNM trong vòng 15 ngày kể từ ngày KNM bàn giao thiết bị.
Các việc ngoài phạm vi dịch vụ không cam kết hỗ trợ:
- Backup và restore cấu hình thiết bị hư lên thiết bị thay thế.
- Kiểm tra cấu hình, dịch vụ sau khi resotore cấu hình thiết bị hư lên thiết bị thay thế.
- Troubleshooting các lỗi tích hợp khi thay thế thiết bị mới vào hệ thống của khách hàng.
Để tiếp tục sử dụng dịch vụ thay thế nóng trong năm thứ 2, khách hàng phải gia hạn License và mua tiếp dịch vụ thay thế nóng.
