1) Eligibility Check : Verify the Trade-Up Matrix to confirm the replacement product’s eligibility |

2) Hardware-Only Devices: Transfer of Services can only be applied to hardware-only devices. |

3) Service Validity : Eligible Products should have valid services or expiring within 12 months |
|
4) Trade-Up ID Requirement : Generate a Trade-Up ID using the Renewal Tracking System (RTS) & include it on the Purchase Order (PO) as a Trade-Up identifier |
|
5) Fulfillment Restriction : Trade-Up replacements must not be sourced from distributor stock. |
